As the heading says, I walk/run to the local police station, and before I get there the game crashes outside the burger shop.

Your last 3 runs of the game in the lcpdfr.log file don't show any crash error so I can only assume then that you have an issue with another mod file.

I only have the full vehicle and Peds pack from my community, witch I know it works good.. as well I have tested each vehicles in the pack.

That is more than likely the issue then.

 

You know they're good but car and ped models are the mods which decrease GTA IV stability the most. That and ENb mods.

 

What I would recommend doing is remove all of those and try it again, if it crashes again after that do a fresh install and start from scratch.

But if after removing the cars and peds, it works fine, start adding one at a time. Yes I know it is tedious but it is the best way to find out which mod is causing the crash.
