How to request LCPD back-up units while in pursuit? I am the only one chasing while in a pursuit, then it will take some time before LCPD Police units come showing up. I always choose "pursuit radio update" in Quick Action Menu but no back-up arriving? The air support is the only back-up that  immediately arrive as soon as I called air support. Despite that the F12 command for Police back-up in Pursuit was working well in 0.95, is there any other control to call Police units BACK-UP while in pursuit on 1.0?

Alt + B calls for backup, both in a pursuit and when not in a pursuit.

another way is call back-up is thought the main menu, witch is caps-lock

It may not be very obvious, no. A little tip: If you set a marker out on the map and call for backup, they (the backup) will spawn in your general vicinity and drive to the waypoint first.
