So, I decided to play GTA the other day and it worked fine. Didn't add anything new or change anything, but I played it again later, the trainer stopped working and just froze and cars did not spawn. Peds still spawn and the car sounds are still there. Even the occasionaly Siren is still heard in the background. Nowhere are the cars found. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you try restarting the game and see if it worked after that? It happens apparently from time to time. 

I just did and it still doesnt work. I tried to spawn something as well in the Green menu when you hold the squiggle line next to 1 and it says for any car that i try to spawn "Unable to create object.3

Did you by any chance delete your vehicle.img file? That same thing happens when you do.

And you are absolutely sure that you haven't added some mod? Changed some setting? Did something in the trainer maybe? 

I am positive. It happened within the span of about 20 minutes. Got off pc, went to eat dinner, came back and started gta back up all the cars were gone.

I'd say reinstall the game, or reapply the backup you made previous to installing the car mods.
