I think I did too much at the same time, recently I change like 5 or 7 vehicles with a nypd pack but i forgot to test the vehicles

 

Also I'm re installing gta iv right so it should act like a unmodded copy right?

That would be it, you need to install all mods one by one and then test the game. 

And yes it should, to be safe; go to the GTA IV directory after uninstall is complete and delete any left-over files.
