Ohhh.... That sounds pretty complicated. No easier way?

EDIT: Case closed. EDIT 2: GTA SA is still a dick to me. edit 3: Managed to trick GTA using the REVO program, and going into the CD and launching setup.exe.

Yes. No. It still minimizes. It's fucking pain in the ass.

Sounds to me like the issue is going away and then coming back. Possibly because you're adding bad mods or something.

 

Redo everything I have told you, and then post an update.

I have no mods on SA. Clean.

Run in Compatibility mode for, this time, Windows 98 as an administrator.

Still don't work.

Right click properties > Security

Check if all are allowed. I have other solutions, as I've been playing this game for years. Check up with me if it doesn't work.

No errors, and all boxes checked.

Nothing, it just minimizes and is inaccessible. 

Can you screenshot your GTA directory and post the screenshot(s) here please.
