game crashes in various situations

Hmm I think I found a solution... people who has that problem should try deinstalling the game completely and also run a complete memory test from their computer... after that do a clean reinstall and apperently it works until now..

It do is a problem with lcpdfr 1.0...

 

When I do a fresh install and install LCPDFR 0.95 with a carmod then I have no problems..

When I do a fresh install again and I install LCPDFR 1.0 with a carmod then GTA starts crashing..

 

So somehow it is related to lcpdfr 1.0 

 

For now lcpdfr 1.0 with cars without ELS doesn't give any problem.

 

The cars use ELS then it does give the errors with the 1.0

 

in the 0.95 everything works fine.

 

 

So i think after 2 days of testing stuff I found out why it crashes.

I also use els, a few scripts, an enb, car and ped mods. I found out, that I sometimes get the same SMPA60 error when i try to tow police vehicles with the towing script.

I decided to switch to non-els vehicles. Tested it yesterday and played for about 3 hours with no crash at all. I guess I'll stick to that solution because I like to play a stable game. No offence to the devs. They developed a awesome mod. In my opinion, it is simply not possible to fix every crash. Every player has a different computer, different mods, different system.

Well if we have concluded that the crash is indeed caused by ELS enabled vehicles, it may have something to with that your computer isn't really powerful enough to play the game with modded cars. What are your specs?

Do you meen my specs? Intel I7, GTX 770, 16 GB Ram. I would have to look up the exact description. I Run GTA 4 although an enb a a couple of scripts are installed with an average of around 50-60 FPS.

 

I guess thats why i doesn't crash after 15 minutes, but after around 60 minutes.

I got it to work again... Changed some ELS settings (as of from ai cars) and now it seems to work... whenever a ai cop car is spawned now when I ask for prisoner transport he doesn't crash anymore.
