Siren is crashing my game

I originally thought ELS was causing my crashes (maybe part of it?) but I realized right when I hit my "G" key for siren it crashes admittedly. I mean every time... Before this I was playing LCPDFR 1.0 for like 1-3 hrs with everything vanilla with no mods without any problems.  I added some ELS cars and ELS and they seemed to work fine. ELS is the only mod I am running. 

 

I've done the administrator with LaunchGTA, GTA4, and I manually installed LCPDFR. Everything is clicked off of read-only as well. Anyone else experiencing this? Here are my logs

I don't know what I did but my game is working like it should.. I did some changes in my ELS.ini and LCPDFR.ini and now my siren are working good. wondering if I had a Key doing more than one thing. Also thanks for responding to my thread. Again my problem is fix.. I will extract the hotfix.  thanks!

Rusty can you tell what u did to fix it?? Could u post your ELS.ini and LCPDFR.ini see what's different.

 

I got exactly the same problem with my I think.It worked fine for few days then just happened without any change to mods,cars e.t.c. When I go to select a cop car from coming back out the police station sirens are going off but no lights flashing. But can still use ELS like J,J,J then H and can hear another set of sirens going off. If I select the next car, can hear another set and so on. Siren's just keep multiplying till it crashes GTA IV. But my doesn't crash by pressing G but holding it the siren's change to that second tone. Then I thought just could be the spawn car from the police station so jump out of that jump into another one same issue sirens going off no lights and they still on forever. Even in or out of the car same deal take ELS v7 off and no problem works fine with ELS modded car's. I have gone throw ELS.ini and LCPDFR.ini I couldn't see where Keys are conflicting with H,J,K,L. Changed the default horn "G" to one of mouse button's but still does it.

 

These are the mods and car packs I was running. Yes got rid of mods besides the car packs and police station. Only running LCPD:FR v1.0a and ELS v7 then tryed everything I thought that was doing it e.g Key confilct I thought as well.

Much appreciated for anyone's help on this cause kinda pull my hair out over it, lvu this mod XD. Was gonna make new topic but thought ill just add on to this one seems to be closest to my problem. Just werid I think that it just started to happen. I can understand if i changed a setting or added another car or mod but nothing. The ELS.ini and LCPDFR.ini  I never changed the key binding's on it still default :/

Wel I have posted the same problem on the forum also...t

My research I have done myself also learns me that 1 of the scrips (don't know witch one) tries to access a memory adress that doesn't exist (like the script makes an error in the adress) thats the C0000005

 

and if that's the case there must be an error somewhere in the script because before I installed the hotfix with the advancedscripthook.dll from here on the site I didn't had te problem.

Just looked throw your topic seems to be different problem to my. I had the problem in 0.95rc2 as well, looked on the forums no one had this problem thought ill wait for lastest verison (GTA V was out). Probly that trainer your running cause some of them it messes with scripthook.dll and get errors and crash's like mad. Something I read while back on the forums. Just try without the trainer's man I don't use them for LCPDFR. Only thing that crashes my game is selecting the cop cars with the sirens going off. I can play fine if I pick the first cop still everything else works just the sirens never stop so gets annoying real quick.

I talked about this part... This is the part that crashes your game.

That is a memory error.

 

For now I think I found a solution for that crash.. Or well I did something and now I'm testing if it works.. in a clean install with only lcpdfr added (no other mods) and it works again at this moment. 

I'll test it with a carpack again later today to be sure it works

Yeah it does work with only just LCPDFR. Just not the same ELSv7,APRv2.0 and that awesome car pack LCPD-V1.1L-AC. I deleted everything to do with GTA IV then restalled it. Fully updated it and made 4 copys of it. Gonna go out on town with this LCPDFR try and found the crash that starts this siren bug only with the mods I just said.

After alot of  :wallbash:  the issue still don't know how, but must been a key binding problem. LCPDFR sets off the ELS manual siren tone just glich's out when GTA IV fired up. As i said before I didn't touch no settings at all when it happend. Key bindings r all default too just plan werid. It happened with 0.95V too wish i knew that then. Just had to Press T+Y and the siren was off omg... But it turns back on every 3rd or 4th i fire GTA IV LCPDFR. Change the key bindings for ELS now no issue at all.

 

Thanks darkoffice for ur help, hope you fixed yours. Pretty sure that Code C0000005 comes up 90% of gta iv crashes.
