Using ENB all transparent textures disappear?

When i use this ENB:http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/best-low-end-enb-series-only-2-8-fps-drop-d-f22485

All my glass in car windows, the glass on lightbars and everything transparent is gone, meaning on LED lightbar i have just the LEDs and on Rotary i just have the actual halogen lights :(

Does that happen to all cars in the game? Or just the cops?

try using another enbeffect file...either that or try using a different enb

  Hallo zusammen, Hatte mir ein deutsches EUP geholt, nachdem ich das teilweise falsch installiert hatte kam ich auf die wie sich herausstellte falsche Idee die Datein aus Open 4 raus zu löschen. Nachdem ich dann mein altes Law&Order EUP wieder eingefügt hatte waren trotzdem keine uniformen da nur random Kleidung und auch teilweise deutsche gürtel und Hemden. Jetzt stellt sich mir die Frage wie ich das wieder hinbekomme. Dann kommt noch dazu das Rage Plugin Hook ein Update braucht und ich hab keine Ahnung wie man das updatet( GTA hab ich schon geupdatet)

  You are having an issue with the custom EUP installation in this path: "Reading content from file:C:/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/data/custom/stations_sahp.xml" Specifically at Line 28, position 1. Most likely you either forgot to open or close a section correctly. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.

  If it is still that exact same error, then no. Those are all the fixes. I suggest retrying them as you may have messed up a step.
