Disable certain keys

Hello, I'm french, sorry for my English.

Is it possible to disable the touch that makes it possible to receive calls?

You can also disable the menu key? you know the round menu where you can eg apeller an ambulance or reinforcements?

Just out of curiosity, why would you want to do that?

Anyway, you can do that by reading the manual and editing the LCPDFR ini file.

I want to remove these keys because when I play with the lever, some keys of the game as the siren car is replaced by the menu button so I can not use the siren.

I mean disable keys that are doing it:

It is explained in the manual what to edit in the LCPDFR ini file, which is located in the GTA IV root rolder. You can open that file with notepad or notepad++. If I had more time, I would explain the exact entry to edit but I do not. Read the manual carefully, the section about the ini file and I am sure you can solve this! If not, I will be back in a couple of hours.

You will want to edit the entry "ShowQuickActionMenu=Capital" to "ShowQuickActionMenu=" (without quotes) if you want to disable the quick action wheel.

You will want to edit the entry "ToggleBusy=F7" to something of your liking to change the toggle busy state. Hope this helped.
