I don't know if this is a problem with GTA IV or LCPDFR, but, when I pull someone over and when I do that, it shows F keys, I press one of them, it doesn't work. How do I fix this? This even does the same problem when I want to arrest someone, even when I install trainer, it won't let me open it by F4

I have another problem, I want to install ELS v7, but when I install it, I press J for the lights and nothing comes up. I read all the manuals and nothing happens.
