The title says it at all, i cant hold any suspect by pressing E even with ALT+E or CRTL+E what ever i do i can't hold the suspect... but at the beginnen first time i used lcpdfr 1.0 it worked well, but now no ...

Make sure you atchully arrest someone first and you take them in your car.

I'm having the same problem, at the beginning it worked very well, but now it doesn't work. It works like 10% of the time... Any idea what's wrong? and I am 100% sure that I arrest suspect, after choosing way of transport I just can't hold the suspect...

Yep same here. It happens sometimes that the criminal just walks away when I am about to arrest him. My cop walks behind him for some seconds and either he gets the criminal at last or the game crashes.
