I cannot get the rockstar social club to connect, im using ta 4 from steam?? any help?

Try and reboot your computer, it solves my issue sometime. Or just wait.

doesn't work i get to the main menu,  and it makes my screen small and reduces my settings, and doesnt even let me log in to games for windows

So, you are able to launch the game?

yes but ig et the main menu and socail club isnt on like its unpluged and i cannot do anything besides play single player

Okay, so you are launching the game in offline mode then? Could I see a screenshot of your GTA IV folder, please?

It happens. My suggestion is that you wait, they are probably working on something atm.

Okay. My suggestion is still that you wait. Some other users have reported the same issue.

If you delete the Paul.dll file in your main directory, it should bypass Social Club and work fine.

That seems like a workaround, and not a fix. Will the OP be able to play online?

Does this error happen if you re-add paul.dll?

it brings social club back, but now i stuck at it not letting em sign in, i reset the password twice yesterday

 

 

Edit, if i try to play offline, it won't lauch

Then I think it is something wrong with the social club at the moment.
