"Fatal errors" with and without reason + a key doesn't work

Hello,

when I request a roadblock I get a "fatal error" after a minute, or nothing happens. That's not the case for randomly created/natural roadblocks. They work well.

And sometimes, when I'm in a pursuit (most times in stolen vehicle calls) I get a fatal error without any reason. I accept, drive one minute and suddenly this fatal error window pops up.

The "normal" crashes are very rare, that's awesome. But the fatal errors aren't, sich is very annoying when I'm in a really nice pursuit.

There's a key option called StartChaseOnPed (LControll). Does anyone know how this works or how to use it? When I press LControll nothing happens, not even when I aim at a ped/suspect.

Logs attached, but I'm not sure if I need to attach the AdvancedHookInit.log. I'm not using it, because I've installed the taser manually.
