Cant load scripts or enter Alt P for game

I have installed the GTA LCPDFR 1.0 and it installed and created folders. Now i cant load any of my scripts in the game nor can I enter Alt P or anything to access the LCPDFR game. I cant even do forceduty script. Nothing pops up when i hit the ` button. LCPDFR 0.95rc works perfect.
