ok so i want ot change the siren key on els 7 to g instead of h but it doesnt work. i changed the thingy from 72 to 73 which should be g but it wont work no siren in game.

Use 71 not 73, at least worked for me.

Have you read through the manual? I think you have missed to enable the siren, since that is part of the lightning stages if I am not mistaken.
