A bit stumped on the pursuit tactics menu. Press F8 and then how do I change the options?

It should be as simple as using the up and down arrow keys and then pressing enter to select.

What about roadblocks? In other words, stopping the flow of traffic for a traffic stop so you dont get hit. I remember seeing in the .ini that pressing 'M' did it, but I've tried every combination of it and I'm not seeing anything. Also, is there a way to get civilians to clear the area without indiviually aiming at them and issuing the command?

use the quick menu  press Caps!
