Game seem to be crashing while arresting peds.  In particular when holding the E key in order to check ID.  Happened twice in a row; first time I figured it happened due to prisoner transport request, but at same time transport arrived I started holding E to enter menu to check ID and game crashed (2-peds arrested).

 

Second crash (logs below); pulled over car, had peds get out of car (3-peds in 4dr sedan), held down E for sub menu and game crashed.  

 

Seems it's not the transport request crashing my game, which was my initial thought, but instead, it must be something with the arrest function itself.  

 

Tomorrow I'll try and just arrest a few peds, not holding E for the search/arrest sub-menu, and see if I still crash.
