LCPDFR 1.0 Critical Error

When i get in game, It tells me in the top left corner, "LCPDFR log book error. And then about 30 seconds later, it says, "LCPDFR Critical error and needs to shut down. Not sure what to do. I have had much help from a few people and still can't figure out what the problem is.

Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator? ~~Latest patch?~~ What other mods are you using? What operating system are you using (Windows XP is NOT supported)? Make sure that LCPDFR 0.95 is removed (http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-r19).

I tried everything u told me. I removed full 95RC, Ran the game as an administrator, Downloaded ALL those things that were linked and still giving me the error. (Windows 7) ( No problems with 95 ) But, when i went to download the Framework 4.5, it said,

Somethings blocking this and needs your computer to be restarted. I got that yesturday and ended up restarting my computer 6 times. Messed.
