I am able to run .95 RC so im not sure,

I tried everything u told me. I removed full 95RC, Ran the game as an administrator, Downloaded ALL those things that were linked and still giving me the error. (Windows 7) ( No problems with 95 ) But, when i went to download the Framework 4.5, it said, Somethings blocking this and needs your computer to be restarted. I got that yesturday and ended up restarting my computer 6 times. Messed. ALL MODS DAS LCPDFR 1.0 (Trying) Police Helper Braveheart Policiing Script ELS V7 Trainer ( I am in a police clan (LCDoJ) and i really want to get this sorted out. Not sure what to do though :( )

When i get in game, It tells me in the top left corner, "LCPDFR log book error. And then about 30 seconds later, it says, "LCPDFR Critical error and needs to shut down. Not sure what to do. I have had much help from a few people and still can't figure out what the problem is.
