So, my game crashes when I click play, play (again) and then after a little bit, it crashes.

And here is the mods I have installed currently:

LCPDFR 1.0 ( that is also giving me problems)
ELS 7
Simple Trainer

Is there any thing I should do to fix this? And I did a clean install last night.

From reading that it would appear you don't have an ASI loader (dsound.dll or xlive.dll) and it also appears as if you're missing .NET Scripthook. Also I believe you need to install .NET Framework 4.5. Give those a try and report back!

EDIT: Make sure you run via the LaunchGTAIV.exe file found in your installation folder (as administrator) and not via Steam.
