What is the current status on LCPDFR 1.0's multiplayer capability?

The traffic stops still doesn't work properly for me in multiplayer, the car just drives away.

    I think this is explained in the user guide.

     

    TLDR: Unsupported, and scripts in mutliplayer which affect NPCs are always REALLY buggy, but LCPDFR comes with some memory fixes to enhance your MP experience, but not yet with full support.
