I have a Asus laptop with a 630m 2gb graphics card i7 processor and 6gb ram, so the thing is i installed the game and tested everything was fine no lag at all.

I installed also the enb series but then the lag begon, i cant do without icehancer cause thats the thing that makes the police light so nice, how can i fix the lag i already have a  commandline.txt but still lagging..

Probably get a new computer. Oh, and have you bought the game?

Oh, I'm sorry not being able to read your mind and/or remember if you have posted before. 

 

What are the contents of your commandline file? Are you running the game as administrator? What was the most recent change you made to the game?

yes i run te game as administrator i installed enb 2.0 then changed with 2.1 thats all

no the same lag, but i dont understand it why does it lag everything is lowest....

Hm, I'm not sure about the specs, I'd guess you *could* run it. Have you tried reinstalling the game? I know, tedious process.

actually the weird thing is, its running now but like i said, everything on the lowest i made the texture high and reflection at medium cause it was really bad looking.

But there is that little lag that creates irritation and make me feel not to play... im thinking about buying a new pc with gtx760 3gb ddr do you recommand that?

Try turning off shadows and water quality to low.  Turning those off will give boost to game performance.  

 

The ENBs are very CPU and GPU heavy, so maybe just try a different ENB or use a timecycle fix.
