Well, since there's no snow I've decided to make a Winter Trees mod for GTA IV! Instantly transform your game into a frosty winter morning, LONDON STYLE! That's right, no snow (unless you're lucky) but LOTS of foggy weather and frost! Why not put some Tea on the kettle to warm yourself up...
