I have 3 vehicles for a Canadian Regional Police Service almost done. The skins are done and the models have all the police equipment except for their lighting. Now, the thing is, what sort of lighting should a Highway Patrol/Pursuit Counter Action unit have on their cars? Slicktops? Lightbars? 

 

 

Here's the catch: It is a Non ELS pack.

 

Don't ask why, don't complain that it isn't ELS, that's not what I am here for. All I need to know is a simple answer to the following question:

 

a) Slicktop  unit?

 

b) Lightbar unit?

 

c) if you choose option "B", what lightbar would you recommend? (I can modify into Non ELS depending on the type)

It strongly depends on what vehicle is used.

2011 Dodge Charger, 2013 Dodge Durango SSV and a 2011 CVPI.

If it's meant to replace noose, polpat or the stockades with LED lights, a slicktop. If it's meant to replace police, police2 or police3, a vision slr.
