Hello, and welcome to the fora! To understand your problem, we need more information. Are it a legal copy of the game?

I am pretty sure you are getting this error:

 

Installation component 'LCPDFirstResponse' error'd!

   at G17MediaSetupEngine.Stuff.MakeServiceCall(String urloverride)

   at G17MediaSetupEngine.Installation_Components.LCPDFRComponent.endComponent()

   at G17MediaSetupEngine.UI.Interface.wizardControl1_SelectedPageChanged(Object sender, EventArgs e)

   at G17MediaSetupEngine.UI.Interface.wizardControl1_SelectedPageChanged(Object sender, EventArgs e)

 

If I am correct in my guess of your error, it is because the Crime Statistics are offline. Fix this error by skipping past the part of the installation process where you link your account and all should be fine
