Hi I'm using RageDevEnb which you can download here http://files.gtagaming.com/www/files/uploads/1353921368_RageDevENBv1.2.rar and yes it looks pretty good with Els.

 

Edit: My bad, the pics/video on gta-4 I was using Direct Graphics V1 which made me lose 20 FPS sometimes. It's for 1.0.4.0 The one I'm using now is the RageDevEnb for 1.0.7.0 and it looks awesome. Constant 55 FPS. Here's a pic.
