    It can't find GTA IV because it's another dir.

    No I'm not using ELS :P - That did not work for it.

     

    Everything works fine if I moved the dir. I used a CD instead of steam etc.

    apparently EPM has nothing to do with dir changes however, some users said they get error with LCPDFR, I will try temp remove LCPDFR see if it changes anything.
