I've seen countless modelers place the setina pushbar w/ fender wrap on their vehicles, but I've never seen an unlocked version. Would it be possible for me to obtain one, it's going to be used in San Andreas, not GTA IV as I have the slightest clue on how to mod for IV.

Countless eh? I've only seen 1 modder use i and I think that was Master Yoda.

here is how you obtain said part,

 

1) get good at modding.

2) gain the respect/trust of other moddders

 

You need to earn the parts. there are alot of parts already out, make due with what is out until you earn the trust of the other modders. If I sound like an ass I apologize, however the constant infulx of new modders demanding the latest and greatest is really getting annoying.

GPM? They just opened up their SA development team again. You could apply for that and get some PR from there.

Dude, GPM has some good SA developers, if you need something for SA go to GPM and request something. You will not just get parts from the good modelers from here. My suggestion... not advertising GPM..

i was going to help you out but once you said GPM is horrible im done with this. I know what im gonna make next for GTA4!! :D

I think I could count on one hand the cars that have been released with the fender wrap on it. If you search there were some so-so wraps that where released in the forum at some point. They weren't the best looking but it would be better than nothing if you don't want to make it. Idk if they are still around but it would be worth a search. All the fender wraps I have are for IV but I wouldn't give them out anyway. Like XBR said, there is no reason to bash GPM or another site when the person who mentioned GPM is right since there are few if no SA modders on this site. As it was also stated, GPM just re-opened its SA DEV section/team so you will have better luck with those guys but if SA parts are anything like IV parts you have to either know someone or make a name for yourself before anyone will give anything out. Like I said though, I don't know if its the same for SA since I haven't touched a SA part ever. Try looking on the Google Sketchup warehouse, you can convert stuff from there in 5 minutes

Well I haven't been there for a while and when I left it was in a horrible condition, sorry for prejudging it before re-visiting it. I'll try out this SA-DEV thing I guess.
