Weird ELS Situation

Hi guys, I actually have a problem with the brightness of my ELS. I'm running the game with 1.0.7.0 patch, and I have installed ELS 7. I am also using RealityIV 1.62, however I do experience a problem. The ELS lights are bright and colorful in daytime, but it gets pale during storms, fogs and evenings. However, it becomes bright and clear again at night. Is there something I can do? Thanks a lot!
