SO, I rolled past me detachment this morning and guess what I saw! All the CVPI's, save two, were gone. But! In their places was the following awesome line up! A 2014 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Stealth, 3 2014 Ford Police Interceptors, 2 2014 Dodge Charger Pursuits (one marked, the other stealth), and something really rare and that I didn't even think they were going to get, a 2011 or 2012 Chevy Caprice SLICKTOP. I will get pictures soon. But it was soo sexy! 

That's pretty nice! All I ever see around here is my department's old Crown Victorias. I heard some talk that other contracted cities in the county received new Caprices and Ford Explorer Utilities but since I haven't seen any pictures of them it's hard to say if these rumors I heard were true. If we're lucky, maybe sometime in 2014 our city will get Caprices but one can only hope.

Interesting. Can't wait to see.

Meanwhile in Sweden, we still use those freaking V70/XC70's.... Have som 9-5's (Yay, soon to retire though ), Mercedes Benz & VW's.... God I wish we bought some FPIU's and the 2012/2013 Caprice.

Sidenote: Sweden is going to buy some BMW's 5-series so I guess we're alright now (If we take away all these dang XC70/V70's...) I'm not hatin' on them, but to be honest they're quite worthless during winter in Sweden... They keep crashing them, should had bought some FPIU's, would had been great for Swedish winters
