Fuel mods

Featured Replies

I currently know of only 2 fuel mods for GTA IV. Im curious if any of you know of any others?

1. Simple Fuel Mod

2. GKFuelScript

I like GKFuelScript but Its to bloated for me, Simple Fuel Mod seems to be discontinued (Just emailed the creator to see if it is or if I could get ahold of the sourcecode) Simple fuel mod has had me intrested for a long time and has been reliable for me. Im just curious if any one knows of any other fuel mods?

I think those may be the only 2 unfortunatley, i could be wrong, but those are the only two that i have been able to come accross aswell while searching for a fuel script, as for Simple fuel mod being discontinued, im not quite sure, it may not have been updated recently, but i have used in only last week, and it works perfect on 1.0.7 With LCPDFR installed, Here's a link to a Download page that i got it at.

Best of luck, Cheers

Thats the exact same version I use for simple fuel mod (1.5)

Thats the GKFuelMod.. Sadly it seems no one is interested in making fuel mods anymore... Im gonna have to find someone who will be willing to take a request I guess.

For the record if anyone cares I was able to get source code to simple fuel mod I will probably be making some changes to it to fit easier into IV (in my opinion)

Did you ever

Have you made anything yet? It stops working after switching cars a few times and I have to keep reloading it. How'd you get the source code? I'd love to tinker with it myself.

Edit: I decompiled it myself and will see what I can do to fix this error. Just need to figure out a way to make the .cs files work.

Don't decompile code without permission. REALLY don't decompile, edit, and release. It's the same as ripping models.

Of course. I never intended to share it myself.. There's no way I would release it. Just trying to figure out how it works and to speed up the debugging, and maybe send along any findings to the developer so that he doesn't have to waste time on it himself.

Hi guys sorry i left forum and GTA for a good long while, Yes i have the source code I cant give it to you because that wasnt an agreement between the author and my self, However the version I have works in IV and EFLC both without crashing/errors.

Let me strip the custom gas stations i added in (Map mod locations) and Ill upload it with copyright to the orginal author (for sourcecode) and my self for modifications

P.S. Asking the orginal developer wont get anywhere he told me that he has ceased ALL development for this mod.

Its uploaded to LCPDFR pending moderator/admin approval I do have permission from the author for release as long as credit is given for his initial work. Hopefully they allow it :)
