Ist es möglich die Map von GTA 5 nach GTA 4 zu portieren ? 

Oder kann man sie nur (wie z.B. die GTA Vice City Map) nach modellieren ?

    I'm not sure if you will understand this, but it's possible if GTA V comes to PC, it may be possible to port it. In the meantime though, you can use this mod (http://gtaivsa.com/). To be honest, I do not see the point of it.
