Dangit. what lightbar is it?

Featured Replies

Very nicely said. Plus not every officer, in fact probably more than less don't know what they have on their cars for lighting or just don't care. I'm sure some do care and know what they use but not all of them

EDIT: Also some have said the last one is a 21TR, thats not true, its a x2100. As someone stated above me you can tell by the 6 LEDs/Module and the round takedowns

I was debating between the two of those! Dangit! Those things are deceiving....

SCNG FTW!!

  • I don't see how not knowing a light bar makes you not a law enforcement enthusiast. You shouldn't like law enforcement and want to go into it for the vehicles and light bars. You go into any emergency

haha yeah the differences are subtle but if you know what to look for its easy to tell

Yeah. Those things really drive me nuts though. I used to be crazy over them but now I don't like them that much. I guess I got tired of the 'low profile'.

I don't see how not knowing a light bar makes you not a law enforcement enthusiast. You shouldn't like law enforcement and want to go into it for the vehicles and light bars. You go into any emergency service because you want to save lives, make a difference, be the person people go to for help; not because you get to drive a car with lights and sirens.

Edit: I'm  not saying you shouldn't like the light bars, just that you can be a LE enthusiast without knowing all of the names of every light bar.

Nicely done! +1 to you sir!

I think half the reason people want to go into LE is because of the cars, lights & uniforms which is why I've been thinking a lot about my choice of a career in LE, I prefer lights, so I think i'll be an EVT (Emergency Vehicle Technician) instead
