I've correctly instsalled elsv7,

 

 Watched several videos on how to install it, i did it perfectly, 

 

 However when i go ingame and i press ctr + m is spawns a motorbike,

 

 And when i hit ctr + alt + m it does the same thing,

 

 i cant figure out how to get the info pannel up at all

It sounds like you are using the Simple Native Trainer. Make sure that the trainer keys are disabled by going to your GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0, click on Find Next and replace 0 with 1. This should solve your issue. 

i dont have the .ini folder, only have : Trainer, and trainer.asi

found it, testing it now

Redownload the trainer (http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/simple-trainer-version-65-f2115) because the file called trainer.ini is needed. 

i only have .asi files now, even for els. it wont come up as .ini

Can you open the regular "Trainer" file? 

If so, you can change it in there.

If not : Change it to Trainer.ini ( add .ini to it )

And then see if you can open it with notepad and edit it then.

i just did this whats next?

Go to your GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini with notepad, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0, click on Find Next and replace 0 with 1.
