I'll be back tomorrow, I have to sleep now since it's 2:22 AM here. I will come back with a fresh idea :) If you want, try reinstalling the game to make sure that you have the original files. Start the game without mods and go from there.

hey guys. just reinstalled gta 4. i'm gonna install lcpdfr mod now first, run it, see how it goes, than install 1 by 1 mods. let you know the outcome<3

OK so. i reinstalled everything, got everything working. my police cars. had a fun hour playing the game than had class. come home and tried playing again, gta crashes as soon as the world loads...

Keep in mind that GTA IV is one of the worst PC ports ever, and modding it makes it even less stable. Try removing some mods and see if that fixes it.

Thats exactly what happened to me, but I am not going to try to fix it anymore because it is just a waste of time even trying (I was so pissed off) that's why I am done with GTA IV and just hanging out on LCPDFR.com

yeah idk what to do. I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY do not want to reinstall but i'm so confused on what to do. please someone tell me you have a fix or something! ANYONE!

if i do reinstall, i'm copying my gta IV folder from the get-go and saving it somewhere bc this reinstalling bullshit is so fucking annoying. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Because there are always certain files that cause my game to crash and I always update to newer mods :/
