  3. yeah idk what to do. I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY do not want to reinstall but i'm so confused on what to do. please someone tell me you have a fix or something! ANYONE! if i do reinstall, i'm copying my gta IV folder from the get-go and saving it somewhere bc this reinstalling bullshit is so fucking annoying. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
  4. OK so. i reinstalled everything, got everything working. my police cars. had a fun hour playing the game than had class. come home and tried playing again, gta crashes as soon as the world loads... i'm about to fucking go insane. what the flying fuck
  5. hey guys. just reinstalled gta 4. i'm gonna install lcpdfr mod now first, run it, see how it goes, than install 1 by 1 mods. let you know the outcome<3

  8. i dont have the original vehicle files, can i use the GTA IV vehicle mod installer v1.2 and use the original vehicle restore method to get the original files again? also, do you have steam and can i add you on there so we can instant message?

  10. i'm running the game from steam, should i try to run as admin? that's a last resort to do sergiyj
  11. tried running it again without changing anything and it crashed as soon as it got me in the world here is my gta directory : '> btw i'm running windows vista - i just like the classic look ;)
  12. also, i took out ivdashcam. put one of my cop models in and its there. however- when i went to the police station and it was letting me choose between cars, it crashed =
  13. i'm not really sure how to use openIV also i found out that IVdashcam thing was making me crash pretty much. yes i am using els v7 r2, however here's a screenshot '> - at the top it says falsE?
  14. i used gta IV vehicle mod installer. i have ELSv7. i'm 99% sure i installed it correctly and yes i read the ELS readme. and i have learned my lesson with installing everything at once, i did get to excited lol. i will try the commandline now

NOW, i realize that what i said might seem like i have a clue what i'm talking about, but i assure you i dont. CAN someone please in detail here, or add me on steam (609gingersociety) on how to get everything like Buggs in that youtube video. I want to be able to pull people over, get called to cases ect.
