Every Vehicle Is A Cab

Featured Replies

Hello all,

Having recently purchased a legitimate copy of GTA IV for PC, I was very eager to install LCPD:FR. after playing with it on my old torrent. However, I noticed a bug that was also present on the torrent:

Every non-emergency vehicle is a taxi cab.

The only circumstances surrounding the problem that I can think of are the fact that I have Simple Native Trainer installed alongside LCPD:FR, as well as several vehicle skins.

I've tried re-installing LCPD:FR, as well as re-installing GTA IV. Not sure what causes this, but here's the diagnostics dump:

I've also included the .txt as an attachment to this post, in case someone finds that way more convenient.

Any help will be much appreciated.

LCPDFR is not the issue here. You need to get the script Traffic Flow, you can find it >here. Just down load it, unzip it and throw those files into your scripts folder in your directory. That should fix the problem, or play in multiplayer but that just hogs more resources.

The problem is that your vehicles, the custom stuff you have put into your game is to high polly which is causing the game to 'glitch'.

Hope this helped!

I'll see if that works, thanks.

EDIT: Everything works fine now, thanks again.

I don't use traffic flow because it causes major texture loss, but if your PC can handle it you should use it :)

^^ Also you can play in a private multiplayer match :p
