Gta Iv Crashes To Desktop After Social Club Screen.

First of all...

  • My game is 1.0.7.0
  • My game is legal (Steam)
  • I replaced the files to the originals

I didn't have this problem a few days ago as the game was just fine. I sign into the social club screen and then it will go to a black screen followed by crashing to the desktop. It has done this several times and I cannot find a solution right now. As I said, I replaced ALL of the files with the original backups I had made and I still have the same problem. Anyone think they have a solution?

Can you try to reinstall the game?

1. Delete the game via steam

2. Go to the game directory and remove any left over files

3. Install the game again via steam.
