This is very sad...

The investigation is still underway, and it is believed that alcohol may have played a factor in the crash. Police also said no one was wearing their seat belt.

That's also really sad.

Sucks but, if Alcohol WAS a factor in the crash, than I really share no pity to any of them.. they made their beds, now they can lay in it and they most certainly will.. I know people that have been in fatal car accidents due to drinking & driving, I don't feel sorry for them either.. why? because it's a choice they made..

Now Paramedics, Police & Fire have to clean it up..

Could not have said it better myself!

I was half expecting my comment to get ripped to shreds!! lol

Anyway, it is harsh, but life itself doesn't give anyone a break, now, if he had a wife and kids than his selfishness of driving when he could have taken a cab, has left his wife...a widow.... children....fatherless & just keeps going, would have been a different story if he had of just thrown the keys onto the passenger seat & just passed out.

The really bad part about crashes involving alcohol is that the drunk driver survives more often than the people in the car they hit (drunks don't tense up, which means they get hurt less on average). DUI multi-car crashes are more likely to kill someone who did nothing wrong than the guy who caused it.

That may be true but, if someone had have hit him & he survived while the other 2 died, he would have been blamed, & sent to prison for numerous charges stemming from:

DUI .

Vehicular Manslaughter.

and the list just keeps going.

Which is also a good point as to why drunk driving is never good on ANY occasion, live or die there ARE fatal or severe consequences whether it's your fault or not.

No, my point is that the drunk guy (who I'm assuming is at fault) survives, while people who aren't at fault die.

It seems to be a circle, ever notice this is also the case when it comes to a Police Officer? generally it's the ones that aren't assholes that die.

Either way, he got into a vehicle with an intoxicated driver.
