so I need to add the music to the vid before upload? if so then how do I get it to be like that link above to show the name of the song?

Yes, you add the song during editing. That text isn't a good thing, that means the video contains copyrighted material of which the company who owns it can make money off (Good for the record labels, not so much for you). It shouldn't be a problem if you don't have your videos monetized though.

In that case, the company that owns the music can take a chunk of the revenue that would otherwise go to you.
