You could make a way where we could choose what side we wanted to approach the window, driver or passenger, my sheriff explorer coordinator told us he almost got hit by a car standing by the driver side. Also in GTA 4 if you are on the highway, you don't want to get rammed by a car. And I hope the partner is a little smarter too, he sometimes walks to traffic to get to me and he gets hit.
