I can't seem to add funds to my steam wallet or buy a game, any ideas ?

Call Customer service, if theres a number, if not send an e-mail

Steam does not have Customer Service that can be reached by phone. Send a ticket on their support page, however, just to remind you, it might take a day or two for them to reply, so be patient.

Its ok i got Dead Island for console instead but it does look better on pc :(
