The installer said to post this because it could not install. 

I want to play so badly after i watched tons of youtube videos about this.

Thanks but now there is a new error. 

Run the game as administrator. You do this by going to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator'. Do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

More problems again 

 

The game loads, I click Start game and images of people come out. 

Its changes to Black Screen with "Loading Concrete Jungle"

When finish loading, I go to desktop with a window saying there is a problem.

 

GTA has stopped working.

Delete your savegames from here and start a new game instead:

After loading images the game just shuts down?

Yeah the error is ASI loader not found.

Are you using the latest patch? Also, reinstall LCPDFR. 

Yeah i am using latest patch, it still disconnects, i also reinstalled LCPDFR

Download and install this (http://alexander.sannybuilder.com/Files/IVAsiLoader.rar). Replace dsound.dll in your GTA IV directory. 

Install?, In the RAR it is just a dsound.dll with 2 internet urls and 2 text files. i swapped dsound.dll already.but it still doesnt work. 

 

I did not swap asiloader as i couldnt find it in the rar.

Dsound IS the asi-loader. And it still does not work? What are your computer specs? 

Also, can you list the contents of your GTA folder?
