GTA IV FATAL ERROR: XNetStartup failed - Please re-boot your system and/or re-install the game. That is the error now ^ Is it only me that have problems with this? this feels like a never ending answer lol.

Install?, In the RAR it is just a dsound.dll with 2 internet urls and 2 text files. i swapped dsound.dll already.but it still doesnt work. I did not swap asiloader as i couldnt find it in the rar.

After loading images the game just shuts down?

More problems again The game loads, I click Start game and images of people come out. Its changes to Black Screen with "Loading Concrete Jungle" When finish loading, I go to desktop with a window saying there is a problem. GTA has stopped working.
