Problem Running LCPDFR

So I have installed LCPDFR I had to take off the taser because it was giving a model error. Then it was complete. So I go to my game and run as administrator and i hit ALT -P and nothing happens. So i go to the support page about reading this first if support need. I check all the things and were right. I download the Diagnostics Tool and it give me this:

Try to reinstall LCPDFR as administrator.
