After coming back to GTA IV from playing GTA V extensively, I've noticed something that is highly annoying.  While driving, the GTA IV camera has a tendency to auto-focus on the left side of the vehicle unless constantly adjusted by the mouse.  Is there a mod or file that can be edited to have the camera properly positioned behind the vehicle?

If I remember it correctly, you can change the autofocus in the settings menu of GTA IV.
