Hey,

 

Since I shut my computer down last night, OPEN IV has given me this error. It did this to me 2 days ago, but i factory resetted my computer. Now I've done that, it worked fine yesterday, but since I've shut it down it's now given me this error:

 

I BADLY need help here, like really, I've looked this up and asked many people, and they have no clue as to what the hell this means.

Try running OpenIV as administrator. If that doesn't work, try contacting the developers of OpenIV

Didn't work, how would I go about contacting the devs? This must be something little but that's just really awkard to fix. Don't know why shutting down the computer would affect an xml file to do with it, and to add salt to the wound i factory reset to get it to work for 1 sodding day.
