So guys I have yet to get GTA V (Will do later today) although I have spent a considerable amount of time watching live streams and Game-play videos. I like many of you was wondering whether or not Rockstar really put some sort of vigilante mode or Police Console (Like GTA IV) into GTA V. The answer is sadly no although I did notice in a video (Linked Below) the player who has just stolen a police car hears a women screaming about her purse being stolen soon there after the players mini-map shows what appears to be a Blue-Red blinking circle that shows the perp that stole her purse. This may be the new vigilante system made up of random encounters while inside a police vehicle. Any ideas?

yeah they happen all over the map and vary from the types of incidents depending on your location I think this is the new vigilante missions but it doesn't matter if you are in a police car or not though

Just one of the random events that happen.

I love to chase people as Trevor in his Highway Patrol Uniform while riding a police bike.

 

Once I chased a bicycle and showed the female driver the middle finger while chasing her at the beach until I did a drive-by with my taser.

 

Game's fun as hell! Love it!

While I was playimg today about 40-47% into the game I saw a park ranger vehicle down by sany shores tries to enrer it but the park rangers were near by and started a side misson.we headed to one of the diners and we chased a two guys they handed me a taser and I got to taze them and I helped the park rangers.but they called themselves boarder patrol.im sueeni cannhelp hem at later times
