If you are on the latest beta version:

Start the game,

1) Press Alt + P to start LCPDFR

2) LCPD Police stations should now be on your map

3) Head to a police station, when you enter press E to view a intro/tutorial..

4) Head into the first room on the right.

5) Enter the red ring, press E to recruit a partner.

If you are on the older version:

1) Press Alt + P to start the game

2) Select character and vehicle

3) Press F5 to spawn a partner in your vehicle (Repeat as many times as you want)

Also when you download your game and install at the end the installer has a link to the keys for both v0.91 and v0.95 beta.

Thanks a load guys, i downloaded the beta but i can't see the PDs on the map though...

You need to press Alt + P before they show up.

If it still doesn't work, use 0.91.
