To clarify, if you can run an ENB, you will able to run them all. The difference why some lag & some don't is because of the AA (Anti Aliasing) setting. There's the EdgeAA which is a small thing, then there's the one that works by multiplying your resolution, & that's what sucks most of the computer's performance.

    None, really. That's a pretty weak computer, anything you add will reduce frame rate which is something I wouldn't want to give up when a bunch of cars with flashing lights show up on screen.
